I have been interested in magic for several years off and on. The first magic trick I remember is my dad playing "pick a card" with me while driving down the interstate (not the safest thing, but it made the trip shorter). I dabbled in magic off and on for several years until I made a trip to Las Vegas. There I rekindled my interest in the art. When I returned home, one of my new co-workers was also a magician and he pointed me in the direction of the ring. Background: I spent the first 11 years of my life in Michigan. My dad transferred to Middle Tennessee to work at Saturn when I was in 7th grade. When I graduated High School, I attended college at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville and just never left. Now I teach computer classes at the university.
